Having a Husband

So, it's a long story but Chad got hurt again. My husband is a fun man who likes to do fun things. He is an avid outdoorsman, which means he is usually doing things that involve a little risk. (e.g. rodeos, hunting, biking, skiing, snowboarding, 4wheelers, etc.) Long story short, Saturday morning he went on an early morning mountain bike ride (very normal) and came home with a broken arm. It is broken just below the elbow, at his wrist and possibly his thumb. He has an appt. tomorrow with the orthopedic Dr. to determine if it can be casted yet (it was really swollen) I love my husband very much and in the ten and a half years we've been married I have learned that this is just part of having a husband who likes to play! Oh well.

What a bummer! I hope you at least had fun doing whatever you were doing when you got hurt. Hope you heal quickly.

If you don't have boys getting hurt all the time, might as well be a husband! We have had several broken bones and I am questioning if Kaden broke his wrist yesterday or not! We'll see....

Yes, finally! He's such a dork though...it's hot pink!! He said the girls would love it and he's man enough to wear pink :) He's actually going to get it off in two weeks and then start rehab on his elbow (it was dislocated), so that's great news!!
