Silly Sunday

After church, we were getting changed and making a sidedish to take to a friends house for dinner, when we noticed the girls had gotten out the vacuum. "What are you doing?" I asked. They informed me that they were saying their talks and bearing their testimony into the "microphone" (the vacuum handle was the microphone) ...how clever!! This just gave us a little
giggle and hope it gave you a little smile too!
ps-I bet our girls are the only ones that say their thankful for "Hannah Montana" and "High School Musical" :)

This is so funny. As kids, my sister and I always played primary into my mom's old vacuum. I tried to get my kids to do it once thinking they would find it fun, but they just looked at me like I was totally insane. Your post brought back many good memories for me.

How cute! Not only is it a fun idea, but I love it when siblings are having so much fun together.

Too funny. Vacuums really are useful...I just never really thought they'd be for something spiritual:) I think Cailee would agree on being thankful for High School Musical...huge fan!

So cute! My kids have started using the wooden spoons for mics. Apparently they have been asked to give LOTS of talks!

Hi Mindy! I'm glad you found my blog. You have very cute girls. Maybe I we will each be able to have the opposite someday. :0)
I'm glad to see you happy.

So like I totally did the same thing when I was little. We used the vacuum as a mic.
My Ashlee prays for the Jonas brothers to be safe and get baptized so that they can get married. Don't you love kids?

I love your posts! They make me laugh! My kids have (like Darcy's used the wooden spoons for microphones...)not for anything spiritual! Aparantly they need to give more talks and share their testimonies!
